Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and room patients, ensuring comfort and readiness for exams
- Document patient information and medical history in our electronic health record (EHR) system
- Assist providers during patient exams and surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms between visits
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
- Sterilize medical instruments according to safety protocols
- Schedule follow-up appointments and surgical procedures
- Communicate test results and instructions to patients over the phone

Schedule & Commitment
- Monday – Friday, 7:50 AM – 4:30 PM
- 30-minute lunch break
- Overtime opportunities are offered to trained team members who are eager to grow professionally, strengthen their expertise, and take on additional roles in patient care.
- This position is based in our Brooksville office, and may require occasional travel to our Spring Hill or Crystal River offices.
- A minimum one-year commitment is required due to the extensive training provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
