ViewHouse is looking for talented Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Lead Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and take pride in delivering consistently exceptional food.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to ViewHouse recipes and specifications.

• Execute consistent, high-quality food during busy lunch, dinner, brunch, and event service.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Help maintain product quality, freshness, and proper food handling procedures.

• Communicate effectively with fellow cooks and kitchen leadership.

• Support kitchen cleanliness, organization, and closing responsibilities.

• Lead Line Cooks will also assist in coaching teammates, maintaining standards, and supporting kitchen leadership during service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant kitchen experience preferred.

• High-volume restaurant experience is a plus.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

• Dependable attendance and teamwork.

• Passion for preparing great food.

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
