Pay Range: $15.16–$26.00 per hour, including tips

My Neighbor Felix is looking for friendly, energetic, and hospitality-driven Hosts to join our Colorado Springs team. Our Hosts are the first and last impression of the restaurant and play an important role in making every guest feel genuinely welcomed.

This is a tipped, hourly position with total hourly earnings generally ranging from $15.16 to $26.00 per hour, including tips.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.

• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and the guest waitlist.

• Accurately communicate wait times and provide updates to waiting guests.

• Coordinate seating assignments to support an organized and efficient flow of service.

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations and general guest questions.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area.

• Communicate guest requests or concerns to a manager when appropriate.

• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.

• Assist other front-of-house team members during busy service periods.

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, sanitation standards, and guest-service expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous restaurant, hosting, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a scheduled shift.

• Ability to move throughout the restaurant and work in a busy environment.

• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
