Responsibilities
- Lead FOH operations with a presence-driven approach focused on guest engagement
- Support scheduling, labor management, and daily floor leadership
- Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members
- Ensure adherence to Wonderyard standards, policies, and brand pillars
- Support event execution and high-volume peak shifts
- Monitor and maintain service quality, cleanliness, and safety procedures
- Assist with inventory, R&M oversight, and daily operational checklists
- Build strong relationships with guests, staff, and leadership
- 1 year of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must bring a positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality
