Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed roof inspections and assessments
- Prepare accurate and competitive roofing estimates and proposals
- Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure accurate scope and pricing
- Maintain organized records of estimates and project details
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a roofing estimator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction processes
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates/projects simultaneously
Compensation
