About the Role — Entry-Level Outside Sales

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work directly in the field, meeting homeowners, evaluating their roofing needs, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding them through the decision-making process.
This role includes base pay plus uncapped commission, a flexible schedule, and local travel throughout the Sarasota area.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners to assess roofing needs
