About the Role:
Hire LBS is seeking a proactive and driven Entry-Level Financial and Insurance Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will work with warm leads—individuals who have already expressed interest in life insurance. Your primary responsibilities will involve engaging with these prospective clients, visiting them when necessary to close sales, and contributing to the growth of our insurance division. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage warm leads provided by the company—no cold calling required.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored life insurance and financial solutions.
- Visit the office 1–2 times per week for training, meetings, and collaboration.
- Travel to customers' homes as needed to close deals and build relationships.
- Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve the customer experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including conversion goals.
- Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to the management team to enhance lead quality and improve sales processes.
