Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads.
• Introduce our services and generate interest from potential customers.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospects to maximize appointment conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer and internet proficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous appointment setting, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
