Postdoctoral Fellowship Description
Postdoctoral Fellowship Lotus Bloom Psychology offers a postdoctoral fellowship that is a planned and programmed sequence of training focused on preparing fellows for advanced practice. Our practice currently provides diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family support. We offer focused neuropsychological assessments that aid our differential diagnosis process. Our clinicians come from a variety of training backgrounds and use interventions grounded in relational theory. We implement interventions informed by research. Our goals are to improve relationships and empower families.
Position Requirements
Completion of accredited degree program requirements (PsyD or PhD)
Experience with assessment
Experience with children and families
Play therapy
Theoretical orientation that is grounded in relational approach
Multicultural competence and implementation of such competence both clinically and among team members
Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to clinical work
Position Preferences
Bilingual or Multilingual Fluency
Full-time Requirements
This is a full-time position, paid as a W-2 employee with access to benefits
Minimum of 24 clinical hours per week
Two days per week in-person
Two evening per week Supervision and Training
Two hours individual supervision per week
Two hours group supervision per week
ADHD-CCSP certification
Compensation and Benefits
$4,600 per month equaling approximately $55,200 per year

Process
Interviews for fellowship positions will take place from September 15th to February 15th of each calendar year. Lotus Bloom Psychology will abide by the APPIC Common Hold Date (CHD) of: Monday, February 23rd, 2026
If fellowship positions remain open as of the CHD for the calendar year, then we will continue to receive applications and hold interviews either 1) until open positions are filled or 2) May 15th of the given year. Position Timeline Postdoctoral fellowship positions are effective from September 1st to August 31st of each calendar year.
The position is full-time for 12-months. Exceptions to this timeline are discussed with candidates on an as needed basis.
