Job Overview
We are seeking motivated graduate students enrolled in a BACB-approved Applied Behavior Analysis program to join our team as ABA Graduate Student Analyst. This role provides direct client services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In addition to paid RBT work, students will receive supervised fieldwork hours that meet BACB requirements toward their BCBA certification. This energetic position offers the opportunity to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, promote skill development, and improve quality of life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and/or community settings.
- Train RBTs on different clients and on different program goals.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
- Create individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans for clients.
- Collect accurate, ongoing data on client progress and session activities, including conducting IOA for treatment fidelity.
- Participate in regular supervision sessions with a BCBA for skill development, feedback, and fulfillment of BACB fieldwork requirements.
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and team members to promote consistency and generalization of skills.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a BACB-approved graduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to complete training and certification prior to hire).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to both client success and professional growth.
- Ability to work independently while receiving supervision and feedback.
