Hollywood, CA | Unpaid Internship to Paid Position | Start Date: Beginning of August- Mid September
Established in 2020, Lotus is a fashion concierge agency dedicated to connecting luxury brands with cultivated, influential individuals who drive culture, community, and business forward. With a global network of elite clientele and stylists, Lotus specializes in personal shopping and luxury resale, curating tailored, elevated experiences rooted in elegance and intention. In 2025 lotus opened a private showroom with the intention of keeping luxury fashion circular.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and fashion-forward intern to support our showroom operations and digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the luxury fashion and resale space while working closely with industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and organization
- Assist with rentals, inventory management, and product tracking
- Prepare inventory and showroom for live shows, events, and client appointments
- Assist with live sales by organizing inventory, monitoring sold items, and supporting behind the scenes
- Create engaging social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and other marketing initiatives
- Photograph inventory and update online selling and rental platforms with product details, pricing, and descriptions
- Package and ship orders and rentals, update tracking information, and assist with order fulfillment
- Track inventory and data using Excel and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support customer service emails and assist with general showroom operations as needed
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Strong interest in fashion, luxury retail, and/or resale
- Basic proficiency in Excel and social media platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
- Available 4–5 days per week
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle
- Gain hands-on experience in luxury fashion, personal shopping, and resale
- Work directly within a curated showroom environment and with designer brands
- Develop skills in merchandising, digital sales platforms, content creation, inventory management, and brand presentation
- Work towards the opportunity to attend NYFW, MFW, and PFW
