Warehouse Supervisor
Position Overview:
Lotus Beverage Alliance is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Lincoln, NE. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures, and proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) software. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing workflow efficiency, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, they will play a pivotal role in training and developing warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and productivity. This is a non-exempt, supervisory position, reporting directly to the Director of Procurement and VP of Operations.
Primary responsibilities include:
· Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain accuracy and consistency in warehouse processes.
· Ensure efficient utilization of space, equipment, and resources to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs.
· Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory items.
Responsibilities
· Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, warehouse floor productivity, and shipping
· Oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency
· Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery. Will also help with final stage QC checks with VP of Operations and Operations Manager.
· Monitor/Establish Mix/Max levels
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Three or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees
· Proficiency with warehouse processes, procedures, and policies
· Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
· Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
· Utilize ERP and WMS software to track inventory movements, manage orders, and generate reports. (Oracle NetSuite/RF Smart experience preferred)
· Experience in parts procurement and supply chain management.
· Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
· Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Preferred experience/knowledge:
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
· Forklift Certification

· Must have the ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, work from heights, stoop, kneel and crouch
