Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, including assessment, treatment planning, and data-driven decision making.
- Skills in Parent Education and caregiver training, with the ability to coach families and support staff in implementing behavior support strategies.
- Knowledge of Psychology and human development, particularly related to Autism, intellectual disabilities, and mental health.
- Experience with Behavior Management in home, community, and program settings, focusing on positive and proactive approaches.
- Current BCBA certification and eligibility to practice within the state of Connecticut.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and/or children and youth on the autism spectrum.
