- Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living
- Safely administering medications and accurately documenting all care provided
- Monitoring vital signs and promptly reporting changes in a resident's condition
- Preparing home-cooked meals and assisting residents with dining
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming home through light housekeeping and laundry
- Providing companionship, conversation, encouragement, and emotional support
- Caring for residents living with dementia, memory loss, or limited mobility with patience and dignity
- Assisting with transfers, mobility, and fall prevention
- Communicating professionally with nurses, hospice teams, home health agencies, physicians, therapists, and family members
- Completing documentation thoroughly and accurately

- Celebrating birthdays and personal milestones
- Reading to residents
- Helping residents stay engaged with hobbies they enjoy
- Spending quality one-on-one time with residents who cannot participate in group activities
- 3 social media posting per week
- Creating moments that make our residents smile

What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of hands-on caregiving experience
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, home health, hospice, or group homes
- CNA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Medication administration experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and assist residents safely throughout the shift
