- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
