Duties

• Lead and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Experience

• Proven experience in management or leadership roles within a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills to motivate teams and facilitate collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and implement strategic solutions
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on objectives

Pay: From $23.71 per hour
