Position Overview: 

We are seeking a professional and dedicated House Car Driver to join our esteemed hospitality team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive a seamless and luxurious experience that aligns with Forbes standards of service excellence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, a polished demeanor, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• 60% Guest Transportation: Safely transport guests to and from various locations based on guest requests, ensuring timely arrivals while maintaining a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere in the vehicle.
• 10% Service Excellence: Provide a warm, welcoming experience for guests, demonstrating knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
• 20% Bellman:  Assist with guest luggage or guest requests
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, conducting regular inspections and addressing any maintenance needs promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, prioritizing the safety of guests and others on the road. Also Emergency Preparedness and remaining vigilant and prepared to handle any emergency situations that may arise during transportation.
• 5% Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management, ensuring any special requests or preferences are noted and fulfilled.
• 5% Flexibility: Be available for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate guest needs and hotel operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a chauffeur or in a similar driving role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Chauffeur's license may be required depending on local regulations.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of Local Area: Familiarity with the local area and its attractions is a plus.
• Discretion: Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy.
