Warehouse Associate/Driver Euless, TX
LGLNA is a growing business that requires a skilled and engaging 3rd party warehouse management operator to support our rapidly expanding organization. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and multi-site environment. S/he enjoys collaborating with all company team members, is skilled in candidate screening and management, inbound, outbound, communication with internal colleagues and customers. We’re looking for an experienced warehouse professional who will partner with our customer to support and develop our fast-growing business. You will be driving 60% of the time and in the warehouse the rest of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct routine warehouse
- Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates
- Coordinate with operation supervisor trucking delivery drivers (schedules and routes)
- Control logs and deliver product to end user using company truck
- Providing shipping details to customers
- Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries
- Completing paperwork related to shipments, such as invoices
- Report by establishing the optimal logistics warehouse operation plan;
- Collaborate with leadership team to guide and understand skills and competencies required for openings
- Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures
- Track and record performance reviews
- Confirm dispatch on customer order and review for reliable delivery
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to understand and operate all areas of the supply chain
- Understanding of warehouse process
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills, including: email, Microsoft Office, Google Drive
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 22 years old
- Able to work in a non-controlled environment
- 2 years of verifiable driving experience in a big truck and a also current copy of their MVR to apply
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds with or without accommodation
- Must have CDL and experience
- Must be comfortable driving in varying weather conditions
- Load and unload pallets/packages to be delivered
