Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and project goals, providing expert guidance throughout the process
- Stay knowledgeable about current furniture styles, design trends, and product offerings
- Create personalized room designs using furniture, lighting, rugs, and accessories.
- Prepare floor plans, mood boards, color palettes, and design presentations.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up communication
- Meet or exceed individual and store goals
Qualifications
- Previous furniture sales or design experience is preferred, but not required
- Highschool diploma or equivalent, interior design degree is a plus
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn point of sale systems
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
