Duties
- Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital records with precision and care
- Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, providing excellent customer service and support
- Assist front desk operations by greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and directing guests appropriately
- Handle general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and organizing office supplies
- Serve as support to the HR staff with administrative and clerical functions relating to recruitment, benefits, records, and employee relations.
- Filing and handling of highly confidential employee documentation related to the employee life cycle.
- May assist in scheduling various HR related sessions, such as new employee orientation, onboarding, and employee meetings
- Previous office management or administrative experience in a professional setting is preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication within the team
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading ensures accuracy in record keeping
- Knowledge of front desk procedures, phone etiquette, and customer support best practices is essential
