Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager to join our team covering the state of Florida and LotSync's Southeast Territory. This remote role involves actively engaging with clients to drive sales, building lasting customer relationships, and developing strategies to achieve regional sales targets. The Regional Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, deliver impactful presentations, and provide in-depth knowledge of LotSync.AI's transformative platform. This position requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and sales success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- In person and remote Dealer engagement
- Meet/exceed revenue, retention, and enrollment goals
- Manage Sales Pipeline and Forecasting
- Maximize utilization of multiple sales enablement systems, tools, and analytics
- Ensure dealer expectations are exceeded
- Reinforce value proposition with content and data through monthly ROI business reviews
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data, including market insights, to assist dealers in making educated business decisions
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts
- Advocate for dealers during the implementation and onboarding of solutions
- Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions
- Conduct basic product walk-throughs and answer top-level dealer questions
- Log interactions and feedback to continuously improve dealer experience
- Achieve or exceed daily activity and monthly conversion goals
- Act as the voice of the customer internally — bringing insights and energy to the team
Qualifications
- Is resourceful, scrappy and understands a startup environment
- Has 3 years of experience in sales, BDC, or customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of the automotive dealership industry or experience with SaaS products is highly desirable
- Is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using CRM tools
- Loves solving problems and building relationships
- Communicates clearly, quickly, and authentically
- Is motivated by goals — and the thrill of hitting them
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and meet/exceed sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Compensation:
- OTE $100,000
- $60,000 - $80,000 base
