Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bentonville, AR, for Bartenders, Servers, and Line Cooks. Team members will provide attentive customer service, take and deliver food and beverage orders, maintain cleanliness and organization in their work areas, and support a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Bartenders will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, manage bar inventory, and ensure responsible service standards. Servers will engage with guests, manage table service, handle payments, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate orders. Line Cooks will prepare menu items to specification, uphold food safety standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen to support consistent and high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage guests and support a positive, inclusive environment.
- Experience with Food & Beverage preparation or service, including basic knowledge of menu items and food safety practices.
- Proficiency in Cash Handling, including processing payments accurately and responsibly.
- Bartending skills such as mixing drinks, understanding bar operations, and applying responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Alcohol Server Certification and ServSafe Certification are preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in restaurants, bars, or entertainment venues is preferred.
