Assistant Manager for Family Entertainment Center
Upscale Family Entertainment Center in Madison, Tennessee is looking for the right Assistant Manager to assist the General Manager in managing a fast-paced, fun environment, vibrant and energetic company, providing excellent experiences for all of our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the manager with their daily tasks:
-acting as the Floor Manager, supervising the employees
-Cover for the manager when they are not available
-Cover for other employees: (Cafe, POS, Play Structure, etc.)
-Answer customer questions, complaints, maintaining the reputation of the company.
-Maintain strong relationships with our loyal customers
-Open the facility, as well as closing it, ensuring all procedures are followed.
-Keep the facility clean and well-maintained.
-Preventative Maintenance
-Help with transactions and closing out parties
-Step in as Party Coordinator, or Party Host when required
-Work in the kitchen
-Help with additional tasks as they arise.
Experience:
*3-4 years of prior restaurant, management or leadership experience
*Possess exceptional customer service and rapport building skills
* Excellent people management skills
* Hands-on leadership skills
* Ability to drive and motivate the team
* Possess a can-do attitude
* High energy and a passion for the job
* Note: A thorough background check will be performed
Education:
* High School diploma
Salary and Benefits:
$15.00 to $17.00 an hour, with bonuses, plus tips if acting as a party host.
