We’re looking for a forward-thinking Senior Web Designer to join our in-office team in Gilbert, AZ and drive client growth through cutting-edge, high-performing websites. If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of WordPress and leveraging AI tools to build faster and smarter, this is the role for you.

You’re a seasoned developer with a passion for innovation, a consultant’s mindset, and a drive to build impactful digital experiences. You thrive on anticipating client needs before they speak them, and you understand that modern web development demands a blend of technical expertise, UX focus, and AI-enhanced execution.

You'll collaborate directly with internal account leads and our marketing teams to craft and execute web projects that align with business objectives. Your work will go far beyond basic themes and plugins. You'll deeply understand your clients' goals and use that knowledge to build meaningful, measurable, high-converting digital realities.

• Web development strategy and execution across multiple clients and verticals, primarily on WordPress.
• Architect and develop secure, scalable, and custom WordPress websites, themes, and plugins tailored to client needs.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI coding tools to automate workflows, refactor code, solve complex problems, and accelerate project delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally with SEO, content, design, and analytics teams to create integrated, high-performing websites.
• Audit and enhance website speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals to support our organic growth campaigns.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and translate development data into clear business insights for stakeholders.

• Have 5 years managing web development projects in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Possess deep, hands-on experience building custom WordPress solutions (custom post types, advanced custom fields, theme development).
• Have advanced proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Are passionate about the future of development and actively use AI agents (like Claude Code) to enhance your daily workflow.
• Think in terms of user experience (UX) and conversions, not just code.
• Understand how development choices directly impact technical SEO and organic search performance.
• Can juggle multiple client needs and shifting technical requirements with ease.

• Experience directing UX/UI strategy and collaborating with designers.
• Familiarity with server management, staging environments, and deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of programmatic SEO integration or advanced schema implementation.
• A personal portfolio, active GitHub repository of custom projects, or public sharing of dev/AI insights.
