Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and structural issues using diagnostic skills.
- Conduct repairs including residential painting, and replacement of parts or components as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal requests for repairs or maintenance assistance.
Experience
- Proven experience in residential maintenance with a strong residential construction background.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical systems
- Hands-on maintenance skills combined with residential painting experience preferred.
