Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety regulations diligently by adhering to safety protocol guidelines during all fabrication and installation activities
- Measure materials precisely using calipers and perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate fabrication dimensions
- Support maintenance activities by inspecting equipment and ensuring compliance with safety standards on construction sites
Experience
- Prior experience or familiarity with construction site work or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Basic understanding of schematics, technical drawings, or construction plans is helpful but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Experience with power tools and hand tools used in fabrication or construction settings is a plus
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to following safety regulations at all times
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
