You will manage a team of technicians, ensuring they provide high-quality service while maintaining productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the Express Lane team, including technicians.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Express Lane, ensuring all vehicles are serviced quickly and efficiently.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to improve performance and ensure high-quality service.
- Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor and track the performance of the Express Lane, implementing strategies to improve service times and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service management team to coordinate resources and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
