Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular visits to accounts to build relationships, ensure brand presence, and provide ongoing support.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for retail stores, vape shops, wholesalers, and distribution partners within your territory.
· Assist in executing local campaigns, events, and promotions such as Cash & Carry events and Happy Hours.
· Collect and report market feedback, competitor activity, and store-level insights.
· Ensure merchandising standards are upheld, with current promotional displays and properly stocked inventory.
· Monitor brand compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
· Provide product education and training to retail staff to enhance the customer experience.
· Collaborate with internal teams to communicate inventory needs, field performance, and growth opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree or above.
· 2–3 years in territory management, field support, or customer-facing roles (vape or CPG industry experience is a plus).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Organized and self-driven, with strong attention to detail.
· Comfortable traveling regularly within your assigned region.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
· Familiarity with vape industry products or regulations is beneficial.
