What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Representative position at LOST MARY?
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to accounts to build relationships, ensure brand presence, and provide ongoing support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retail stores, vape shops, wholesalers, and distribution partners within your territory.
- Assist in executing local campaigns, events, and promotions such as Cash & Carry events and Happy Hours.
- Collect and report market feedback, competitor activity, and store-level insights.
- Ensure merchandising standards are upheld, with current promotional displays and properly stocked inventory.
- Monitor brand compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Provide product education and training to retail staff to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate inventory needs, field performance, and growth opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- 2–3 years in territory management, field support, or customer-facing roles (vape or CPG industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin would be an avantage.
- Organized and self-driven, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable traveling regularly within your assigned region.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Familiarity with vape industry products or regulations is beneficial.
