Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces.
- Prepare and serve light meals or snacks as needed, utilizing basic cooking skills to meet residents’ or guests’ preferences.
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a safe and hygienic environment.
- Manage custodial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition.
- Provide friendly customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to maintain cleanliness consistently.
- Experience with carpet cleaning equipment or housekeeper management is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude to ensure positive interactions with residents or guests.
