Job Summary

NOTE: Case Manager will be placed at Semitropic School Under the direction of the assigned Supervisor, the Case Manager will monitor the progress of participants to ensure families are progressing toward stability and competency, revise family specific service plans as necessary, and support all areas of program operations. Requirements / Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent • 20 college units in Child Development, Public and Human Services or other related fields • 2 years experience working with children and/or families in a social service or educational environment • Valid California Driver’s License • Ability to read, speak, and write in Spanish

  • Copy of Transcript (showing 20 units in childhood education)
  • Proof of HS Graduation (or Equivalent )

• 12 months/year, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week • Tentative Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. • Medical & vision insurance provided to employee only; $46/month payroll deduction ** The Lost Hills Union School District would like to thank you for your interest in this position ** Positions may be re-advertised or application deadlines may be extended at the discretion of the District. The person selected for this position will be subject to a pre-employment drug screening and fingerprint criminal history clearance through the California Department of Justice, per BP 4112.41, AB160, and AB162, prior to the candidate’s date of employment.
