Pay: Base pay tips, averaging $18–$25/hour combined

Lost Burro Tacos and Stuff is looking for a reliable, hard-working cook to join our growing team. Kitchen experience is preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment.
We can teach our recipes and systems, but we’re looking for someone who already brings the things that are harder to teach: a good attitude, hustle, reliability, and the ability to stay focused when it gets busy.
This position will start on our food truck, but we are currently working toward opening our first restaurant in the same area. Our goal is for this position to transition into the restaurant with us, creating plenty of opportunity to grow as the business expands.
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, Dinner/PM shift
We are currently closed Sundays and Mondays, although Sunday hours may be added in the future.

Our background comes from high-volume and fine-dining kitchens, but we keep our environment relaxed, professional, and team-focused. We take our food seriously and operate a scratch kitchen, so we’re looking for someone who takes pride in what they put out.
We are primarily located near 67th Ave & Bell Rd, with occasional catering and event work that may involve travel.
