We’re Lost Apostle Brewing, a brand-new brewpub on the shores of Lake Superior in Washburn, Wisconsin. Here, the wild Northwoods meets the raw energy of the South Shore. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredient selection and dish execution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally, providing excellent food service to guests and staff alike.
Skills
- Strong culinary skills including food preparation, cooking techniques, knife skills, and meal assembly.
- Experience in restaurant or food service environments, especially in limited service concepts.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
