The Vendor Relations Manager is responsible for finding qualified Agents and other Service Providers to meet company’s needs in all geographic areas, negotiating contracts for services, while assuring compliance with client requirements. They are also responsible for the day to day management of the Vendors accounts.
Job Type: Full Time – In Office (Natchez), Hybrid (Natchez)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Negotiating contracts with service providers.
- Assessing the performance of the service providers.
- Seeking our additional service providers in geographic areas with low coverage.
- Ensuring vendor/service provider compliance with company requirements.
- Managing issues with vendor/service provider billing and disbursements.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Collateral Recovery industry required.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Proven ability to navigate the unique challenges of the Collateral Recovery industry.
- People Management experience required.
