FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Welcome to Los Taxes De America we are a NATION WIDE Tax Relief Company who have helped tax payers save thousands in tax debt every year. We build life time relationships with our clients and our staff. We are in need of 1 more front desk receptionist to join our busy office.

Hourly rate: 18 to start after 90 days to 20 an hour after another 90 days up to 22 an hour

Commission / Bonuses opportunities are available ..

Schedule: 8am - 5pm

1 hour lunch at 1pm pst breaks of 10 min every 2 hours

Responsibilities

  • Answering Inbound Calls from current clients
  • Transfer calls to Director or Case Managers
  • Sending Emails to clients, case managers or room manager,director
  • Sending faxes, receiving faxes, scanning important documents
  • Sending and receiving important post mail
  • Assisting clients with forms and docusign (drop box)
  • Greeting walk ins
  • Maintain the office organize and manage office supplies
  • Calling to collect contracts, powers of attorneys forms and documents
  • some sales calls (opener) to transfer to Director
