- Stocks all refrigerated and frozen items. (Using first in and first out system)
- Prepares / serves tray line cold foods according to production sheet for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
- Prepares salad for salad bar
- Labels and dates all foods according to policy
- Records A.M refrigerator temperatures
- Tray line at breakfast and lunch
- In-service Participation / Performance Improvement Activities
- Any duties assigned in order to achieve efficient food service operation
- High school or equivalent
- Current Food Handler Certification

Salary : $30 - $35
