Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet customers.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals, duties, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- A proactive approach to enhancing the customer experience.
