Hourly Rate: $54-120 (Rates vary based on license, service type and county)

RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Provide excellence in Occupational Therapy services to young children with special needs and their families in home, day care, or community settings.

Develop collaborative relationships with parents/caregivers to educate them on how to help children communicate effectively.

Timely submission of daily session notes, progress reports, and other paperwork.

Option to perform evaluations.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATION (only ONE of the following)

NYS Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Registered
OR
-
NYS Licensed COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)
