Service Writer

Los Lunas Motorsports is looking for a Service Writer to join our team of powersports enthusiasts who love to ride what they sell and service. Experience is beneficial, but if you’re a dedicated worker and a good problem solver who is committed to helping customers, let’s talk! A passion for motorcycling, outdoors, ATV/SSV, personal watercraft is a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
- Checking in customer units
- Determining needs
- Scheduling appointments
- Getting approval for work
- Communicating proactively with the customer regarding their repair
- Cashiering work orders
- Coordinating with Service manager and technicians
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
