Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Support cooking staff by performing tasks such as chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients
- Buss tables and assist with serving during busy periods or special events
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards
- Participate in banquet preparation as needed, ensuring all items are ready for service
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment is highly desirable
