Los Gatos Swim and Racquet Club is located at 14700 Oka Road in Los Gatos. It was founded in 1959 and remains one of the longest lasting family owned fitness clubs in the United States. We have a 6 acre facility that offers a variety of programs in Aquatics, Group Exercise, Fitness, and Tennis.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service industry/ position is highly desirable
- Experience in tennis racquet stringing is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Neat and clean in appearance
- Professional, yet friendly manner
- Hospitality oriented
- Enthusiastic
- Responsible
- Self-motivated, takes initiative
- Team player
- Proficient in Excel
General Duties:
- Work with the Director of Tennis and Pro Shop Manager in administrative duties.
- Courteously and efficiently provide exceptional service to all members, guests and employees.
- Demonstrates a consistent positive attitude toward members, staff, and management.
- Perform functional tasks for the operations of the tennis department, including assigning courts to member players & filling tennis clinics.
- Perform clerical duties including handling phone calls, creating flyers, and data entry some computer skills required.
- String racquets upon members requests.
- Sell and promote Pro Shop items.
- Maintain an up-to-date, well-informed and precise knowledge of the policies, procedures, events, activities, information related to the tennis department.
