Pay: $16.50/hr
Location: 14700 Oka Road, Los Gatos, CA
Schedule Needs: Immediate openings
- Monday–Friday 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM (flexible to cover some or all shifts)
- Sunday 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Founded in 1959, Los Gatos Swim & Racquet Club (LGSRC) is one of the longest-standing family-owned fitness clubs in the U.S. Our six-acre facility offers aquatics, tennis, group exercise, fitness, and childcare programs — serving as a true community hub for health and wellness.
We are looking for motivated, fitness-minded individuals to join our team as Fitness Attendants. This role is perfect for anyone aspiring to become a personal trainer. At LGSRC, we provide mentorship and a clear pathway to certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) so you can turn your passion into a career.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and support members with a professional, friendly attitude
- Maintain a safe, clean, and motivating fitness environment
- Monitor equipment use and help members with setup and proper usage
- Handle towel service, equipment organization, and general upkeep
- Work closely with our fitness team to learn, grow, and prepare for your next step
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for fitness and helping others succeed
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early morning and weekend hours
- Great communication and customer service skills
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to stay active throughout your shift and lift up to 45 lbs
