Patient Care Coordinator
We are a fast-paced oral surgery practice with two experienced surgeons seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. Dental experience is a plus, but it is not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Presenting treatment plans and discussing associated fees with patients
- Collecting patient payments
- Communicating with referring dental offices
- Scheduling surgeries and coordinating patient appointments
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Attending office seminars, continuing education events, and Lunch & Learns
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor in person, over the phone, and via email
- Comfortable using computers and learning practice management software
- Dental or healthcare experience is preferred but not required

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
