Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist them with their to-go orders, ensuring all requests are accurately fulfilled.
Utilize the Aloha POS system to input orders and process payments efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to food safety standards.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items and specials.
Address guest concerns or inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional guest relations.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
