Role Description The Private Event Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at Los Coyotes Country Club in Buena Park, CA. This role supports the event sales and planning team with day-to-day coordination of private events, including responding to inquiries, scheduling site visits, and preparing proposals and contracts. The assistant helps manage event details such as timelines, room setups, menus, and vendor coordination, ensuring accurate communication among clients, internal departments, and service staff. Responsibilities include maintaining event files and calendars, updating event management systems, preparing invoices, and assisting with event-related administrative tasks. The role may involve onsite support during events, including greeting clients, confirming setups, and helping ensure smooth execution.
