Ideal Candidate :
Under the direction of LAWA’s Airport Development Group Executives and as a member of the Senior Management team, the ideal candidate will :
- Develop long-range aviation Sustainability, Resiliency and Energy strategic planning efforts and operational improvements through executive stakeholder engagement using technological platforms and innovation
- Develop and implement a comprehensive vision plan for LAWA’s airport complexes. Deliver and monitor goals and initiatives for Sustainability, Resiliency and Energy
- Manage a projects to achieve strategy, scope and deliverables Lead a group of technical staff applying best supervisory principles and practices, in collaboration with City of Los Angeles policies
- Develop and forecast trends for Sustainability, Resiliency and Energy in aviation technology
- Develop technological solutions to analyze and present data related to airline equipment, facilities and infrastructure and related regulatory requirements
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences including elected officials, community members, and business stakeholders.
