Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Account Representative
- Conduct in-person outreach with businesses and customers to sell and promote AT&T internet and wireless solutions
- Recommend Internet and phone packages that fit each company and customers size and monthly budget plan
- Assist with service installations and device setup if necessary, keeping accounts running smoothly
- Offer bundled promotions to increase account value and drive sales
- Check in regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities when applicable
- Maintain strong relationships with business owners and customers to support retention and renewals.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Customer Account Representative
- Experience in customer service roles like sales, hospitality, or account management is preferred
