Key Responsibilities of an AT&T Team Member:

• Provide outstanding customer service as an AT&T Team Member, assisting clients with product information, billing inquiries, and tailored solutions
• Engage with customers to promote AT&T products and services confidently as an AT&T Team Member, identifying needs and recommending the best options
• Support daily operations, including sales processing, merchandising displays, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and productive work environment

Key Requirements for this position:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus for any aspiring AT&T Team Member
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to succeed as an AT&T Team Member
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
