Front-of-House Team Member
Our fun and fast/casual restaurant in Hollywood is hiring a Cashier/Front of the House employee for Part-Time shifts. If you love working in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant and have some background in food service, we would love to meet you! We are looking for friendly and personable candidates who have a desire for and enjoy offering customers an excellent dining experience.
Shifts:
- 3-4 shifts per week. Shifts are roughly 4:00pm-10:00pm
- Other shifts also available, and open availability is preferred, but nights shifts are definitely needed.
Pay:
- Minimum wage plus pooled tips.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Become knowledgeable about all menu items and restaurant services.
- Accurately prepare and package orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow established safety and sanitation procedures for food handling and preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ingredient shortages and out-of-stocks.
- Complete all assigned housekeeping and property maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Experience:
- Be a fast learner, self-motivated and reliable.
- Have proven work experience in casual dining restaurants.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Food Handlers/Safe Serv certification required after hire.
- Be able to carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for at least 6 hours during a shift.
