In 2022 the League launched its GMP program, which granted NFL clubs access to international territories for fan engagement, marketing, and commercialization. Through this program, the Rams expanded into seven international markets – Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Korea and UAE. As part of this expansion, we are looking for a passionate individual to join the International team as the International Intern.
This part-time role will be primarily responsible for supporting the International team in the execution of plans in each of our global markets. The individual will play an integral role in the success of the Rams International program, and in return will receive tremendous learning and growth opportunities, including mentorship and project ownership.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- The International Intern will support the International team with any and all tasks related to the planning and execution of global growth, including but not limited to:
- Accompany International team to digital and in-person meetings. Manage note taking and follow-up processes in Asana
- Assist in creative processes, including content capture, submitting content requests, feedback and approvals, etc.
- Organize meetings with agencies, internal stakeholders and others
- Assist with management and storage of department’s merchandise inventory
- Conduct market research and monitor best practices from other teams and leagues’ international efforts
- Complete administrative tasks and errands for the international team (merchandise pick up and shipping, preparing for international trips, etc.)
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines
- Excellent research skills
- Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel a plus
- Willingness to learn and assist wherever needed
Education/Experience:
- Recent graduate or undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Prior work experience in professional or college sports preferred
Work Environment:
- Internship role is a hybrid (office and WFH) format, mandatory to be in office on Mondays and Wednesdays
- 14-20 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends or evenings as needed
- Experience working or living abroad a plus
- Ability to drive for work purposes
Pay Rate: $18/hour
